This Reachon
Contract is entered into between Reachon.com, and the client identified below
("Customer"), as of the date accepted (the "Acceptance Date") by Reachon.com
when the account is automatically created. This Contract is a legal binding
document and cannot be canceled by the customer without written 30 day notice to
Reachon.com, which can be mailed or emailed to
Reachon.com.
By execution of
this contract you are authorizing Reachon.com to charge your credit card the
term you selected from the packages offered. These credit card charges can not
be contested by you or you will be liable and agree to pay for all expenses and
costs incurred in the defense and collection of the initial amounts which are
reported to the national credit bureaus. All billing and credit card charges are
done in advance. You are authorizing Reachon.com to charge your credit card for
each term's billing amount as set forth herein.
TERM:
An initial term
month to month begins on the date accepted by Reachon.com. Notification of
cancellation must be given in writing 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
You also have the ability to cancel your own account through your admin panel at
any time.
IMPORTANT
You understand that
if order a package, and you do not send emails, you will still be charged the
email package monthly fee because the emails MUST be stored on a server and this
service is not free. If you cancel
30 days prior to cancellation, and receive a CONFIRMATION from Reachon of
cancellation you will not be charged any further fees and your account will be
deleted. You can cancel your
account at any time through your Reachon Admin panel. Once you cancel, you will
no longer be charged from that day forward in the system. If cancelled is in the
middle of the month, the monthly fee for that month will not be
refunded.
